Dr. Naini is a native of the Puget Sound Area with extensive experience performing thousands of microsurgical and minimally invasive operations on the brain, spinal column and peripheral nerves.  In 2008, Seattle Metropolitan Magazine listed him as one of the "Top Doctors" in Seattle ("Golden Stethoscope Awards") based upon balloting of physicians in the Seattle Area.
